ALBA experts not only verify the consistent implementation of all contractual agreements and legal provisions, but also keep a strict eye on compliance with the deadlines for rectification of the faults reported.

In addition to the notification of defects, warranty management includes tracking the correction of Defects and securing confirmation that the defects have been duly rectified.

The ALBA project managers monitor statutes of limitations, deal with correspondence (which can also be used for legal purposes), and inspect sites to ascertain whether defects have been remedied on time. If necessary, ALBA arranges for "third party substitution" measures to be carried out. All processes are documented in detail.
